The NeoCon 2017 website is live and your exhibitor profile is viewable to the design community at this time. Your exhibitor profile is housed within the NeoCon ‘My Planner” attendee tool, that can be accessed on the NeoCon website and syncs with the NeoCon App. The NeoCon My Planner tool allows attendees to:

  • Search by company name, brands, location, product category, product image, video, description, press releases, event promotion and more
  • Navigate floor plans and access booth numbers
  • Contact you directly
  • Create a personalized planner for the show and sync it with the NeoCon app

As a NeoCon exhibitor, you receive the exhibitor profile “Basic Package” free of charge.  This includes the following:

  • Company name included in profile and exhibitor listing
  • Inclusion on floor plan
  • Company logo
  • Company description
  • Use of “Matcher” function – get matched with attendees based on your demographic preferences
  • 5 product image uploads (can include spec sheets)
  • 8 brand listings
  • 5 press release uploads
  • 3 event/hospitality promotion uploads

What do you need to do?  Log on now to verify or update your contact information, enter your exhibitor profile description and preferences, select your product categories, and upload your logo and desired product images.

Once logged on, click on “Profile” on the main menu, then “Profile Wizard” for a step by step guide to complete your exhibitor profile.

The momentum at NeoCon will be in full swing on Monday night.  Showroom hop on floors 1, 3, 10 and 11.  Guests and Attendees will browse new products, network and wine and dine with colleagues and friends from the industry in select showrooms.

The party’s not over.  Attendees are sure not to miss cocktails, conversations and contacts to be made when the NeoCon energy and festivities continue on the 7th floor.  Guests will mix and mingle with A&D professionals while exploring the nearly 300 exhibitors in the Expo Hall from around the world.

*You are required to fill out the Event/Meeting Notification Form if you will be hosting an event in your showroom or booth. Distributing promotional materials in all common areas, corridors and lobbies of The Merchandise Mart and the 350 West Mart Plaza building is PROHIBITED without prior permission from Show Management. 


We will provide you with a customizable, NeoCon-branded email invitation to share your showroom/booth details with your clients and customers and invite them to the show.  The email template will allow you to add your own images, logos and copy to make it specially tailored to your showroom/booth.  This template will be available in early March and sent to you in an email from ‘NeoCon Exhibitor Info’. As an exhibitor, NeoCon can provide you with a list of attendees from the previous year’s show, selected by professional category and state, to increase your visibility before and during NeoCon, OR a post-show list of attendees to promote your company after the show. *List is for one-time use ONLY.
